Responsibilities :

- Full Product Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of web products, ensuring high-quality development, continuous improvement (including refactoring, optimizing existing code, and implementing new features based on user feedback), and successful delivery.

- Web Application Development: Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable web applications (e.g. , single-page applications (SPAs) and progressive web apps (PWAs)) with a strong focus on performance and scalability.

- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow developers, to define, design, and implement new features and functionalities.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, reviewing their code and offering constructive feedback to foster their growth.

- Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, ensuring the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and maintains high code quality.

- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues raised by users or the QA team in a timely manner.

- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and development practices, integrating new tools and techniques to maximize development efficiency.

- UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs, balancing functionality with visual appeal.

- Cross-Product Contribution: Take ownership of multiple web products, applying technical expertise to address unique challenges across different projects in a startup environment.

- Be prepared to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to varying technologies as needed.

Requirements :

- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and Next.

- Web Development Expertise: Proven experience building and deploying scalable web applications, with a comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle from concept to deploymen.

- API Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and microservices integratio.

- State Management: Solid grasp of state management solutions in React, such as Redux, React Context, or React Quer.

- Web Fundamentals: In-depth knowledge of web fundamentals, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), and performance optimization techniques (e.
