As a tech lead, you are responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software. You will oversee technical implementation, foster collaboration within the team, and ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining high development standards.

Do :

- Instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product.

- Develop software solutions by studying information need, system flow and database.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions for improvement.

- Coordinating with the team on daily project status and contribute resolving technical blockers of them.

- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, charts and code comments.

Skills and experience you'll need :

- Extensive 7+ years of experience in software development and leading technical teams.

- C#(.NET), API development, Microservices

- Frontend languages like Jquery angular

- SQL databases

- Azure Cloud Services

- React

- Version control

- Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)

- Azure board (ADO)/Jira

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban

- Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices will add advantage.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
