About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Stack Engineer with strong expertise in LTE and 5G technologies. The role involves end-to-end development, debugging, and optimization of cellular radio products compliant with 3GPP specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop cellular radio products adhering to 3GPP specifications for LTE (E-UTRA) and NR (5G).

- Design and implement features across Layer 2 (MAC, RLC, PDCP) and Layer 3 (RRC) protocol stacks.

- Perform log analysis and debugging for customer-reported issues and internal QA defects.

- Work with debugging and analysis tools such as GDB, QXDM, TM500, QCAT, etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing.

- Manage source code and collaborate using Git in a Linux environment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on development experience with Cellular Radio products (LTE/5G) per 3GPP specifications.

- Strong knowledge of RAN protocols and interfaces.

- Solid understanding of PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, and RRC layers.

- Proficiency in C/C++ programming on Linux OS.

- Strong debugging and log analysis skills in Linux with tools such as GDB, QXDM, TM500, QCAT.

- Experience with Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP communication interfaces.

- Familiarity with Git for version control.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to CI/CD workflows and Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with test automation frameworks for protocol validation.
