AI/ML Lead with Gen AI expertise

ParadigmIT is seeking a hands-on AI/ML Lead with extensive Generative AI expertise to architect, develop, and deliver next-generation AI solutions. The ideal candidate excels at technical leadership and builds production-ready Gen AI systems that create tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deliver AI/ML models and Gen AI solutions, driving initiatives from prototyping to production

- Set technical direction, guide team members, and serve as the lead architect for AI/ML project pipelines, ensuring rigorous implementation and up-to-date practices

- End-to-end product architecture, design, development and deployment

- Architect and implement Gen AI models such as LLMs for text generation, image processing, voice, video, conversation AI for real world applications.

- Set technical strategy and mentor team members

Required Skills Qualifications :

- At least 7+ years of AI/ML experience with significant Gen AI projects

- Mastery of Python or similar language, expertise in ML/Gen AI frameworks and proficiency in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative models for text, vision, or speech

- Product architect, design, and development experience

- Demonstrated experience building Gen AI products with LLMs, model fine-tuning , and API integration

- Proven capacity to guide teams, set technical strategy, and mentor junior engineers and scientists

- Strong hands-on coding, communication, and problem-solving skills
