Role & responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust ETL processes and data pipelines.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across databases and reporting systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

- Implement data models and optimize data retrieval processes.

- Create dashboards and reports for business intelligence insights.

- Perform data mining and analysis with SQL and other tools.

- Build data models in Power BI or Tableau optimized for performance and usability.

- Perform quality assurance tests and data validation.

- Address client issues with innovative problem-solving and best practice solutions.

- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines in a remote work environment.

- Capture requirements, design technical solutions, develop and test reports, and maintain the health of BI environments.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across projects.

Technical requirements :

- Expertise in SQL, PySpark, Python, data engineering, data warehousing, data integration, and data modelling best practices.

- Experience with error handling and error logging.

- Proficiency with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric.

- Experience with API data integration.

- Experience in integrating Power BI with various data sources such as Azure, SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, SharePoint, API, etc.

- Experience using Power Query for data preparation.

- Ability to create complex and interactive visualizations in Power BI or Tableau using DAX, slicers, drill down, bookmarks, etc.

- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau administration, security, and performance optimization.

- Experience managing environments, content, and users in Power BI service or Tableau Server.

- Experience with creating and managing Power BI deployment pipelines.

- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Experience with Microsoft Fabric preferred.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Open to work remotely.

- Candidates from Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore only can apply.

- Notice period should be 20 days or less.
