PAM Engineer - One Identity Platform

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to join our dynamic cybersecurity team in Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 8-10 years of experience to play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing our privileged access solutions. You will be a vital part of our mission to secure critical systems and data, working with cutting-edge technologies like One Identity and CyberArk.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Management : Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the One Identity PAM solution.

- Application Onboarding : Onboard a variety of applications, including Databases, Active Directory, and SAP, into the PAM platform. This includes performing tasks such as role creation, workflow modification, and policy configuration.

- Workflow & Automation : Develop and enhance workflows to streamline privileged access requests and approval processes.

- Policy Enforcement : Configure and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) to prevent conflicts of interest and unauthorized access.

- Collaboration : Work closely with other security teams and IT stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and operation of the PAM solution across the enterprise.

- Troubleshooting : Provide expert-level support for PAM-related issues and ensure the platform's stability and performance.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Experience : 8-10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management.

- One Identity : Extensive hands-on experience with the One Identity platform is a must.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in application onboarding, including role creation and workflow modification.

- Proven experience in the installation and implementation of One Identity.

- Proficiency in configuring Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.

- Experience with workflow development and enhancement.

- CyberArk : A good foundational understanding of the CyberArk platform and its functionalities.

- Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.
