We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Service Portal development and enterprise integrations to deliver intuitive self-service experiences and scalable integration solutions.

Experience : 5 - 8 Years

Role : ServiceNow Service Portal + Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & develop Service Portal pages, widgets, themes, UI policies, client scripts, and server scripts

- Build advanced custom widgets using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Implement responsive UI, accessibility, and enterprise-aligned UX standards

- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server

- Implement secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, API Keys, and certificate-based security

- Build robust error handling, monitoring, retries, and logging mechanisms for integrations

- Work with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Scheduled Jobs, and data synchronization processes

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience

- Expertise in Service Portal customization and AngularJS widget development

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub

- Hands-on scripting skills in JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies

- Good understanding of ACLs, roles, groups, and secure coding practices

- Experience with Update Sets, Application Scope, CI/CD, and source control is an added advantage
