Palni - .Net Developer - C#/ASP

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building modern web applications using .NET technologies and should be proficient in designing and developing Web APIs, cloud solutions, and robust backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC.

- Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs for internal and external consumption.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Work with SQL Server to design and manage databases, stored procedures, and queries.

- Utilize Azure services for deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Implement unit testing frameworks to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Follow best practices in software development, architecture, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC

- Proficiency in building and consuming Web APIs

- Solid knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts

- Experience with Azure services (App Services, Storage, Functions, etc.)

- Familiarity with jQuery, JavaScript, and front-end integration

- Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience with Git or other version control systems

- Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker)

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
