Role Overview:

As a Package Consultant specializing in ServiceNow, you will serve as a primary technical advisor for our clients, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable platform solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, stakeholders, and technical architects to design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow modules that address specific operational challenges. Your work directly influences the efficiency of client service delivery, ensuring that enterprise workflows are optimized to provide a seamless user experience and drive significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and configure ServiceNow modules to align with client-specific business processes, ensuring high-quality delivery and system performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications that guide development efforts.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including platform configuration, integration with third-party systems, and rigorous testing to ensure seamless deployment.

- Provide expert guidance on platform best practices, helping clients maximize their investment by leveraging out-of-the-box features and minimizing technical debt.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, ensuring system stability and continuity for mission-critical business operations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD, with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs to build custom integrations and enhance platform functionality.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

- Proven track record of managing client expectations and delivering projects within defined timelines in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

- Capability to work effectively in a hybrid setup at our Bangalore office, collaborating with distributed teams to achieve project milestones.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant ServiceNow certifications.
