We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Multi Agent AI systems, CrewAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LangChain. The role involves building intelligent, autonomous agent-based systems that collaborate to solve complex, data-driven business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop production-grade Python applications for agentic AI systems.

- Architect and implement multi-agent workflows with role-based agents and goal driven execution.

- Build and orchestrate agent teams using CrewAI, including task dependencies and tool integrations.

- Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines including ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and re-ranking.

- Develop LangChain-based agents, tools, chains, and memory components.

- Optimize system performance, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with product, data, and domain teams to translate business workflows into agent architectures.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) with clean, modular coding practices.

- Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent AI architecture and orchestration.

- Practical experience using CrewAI for real-world implementations.

- Strong understanding and implementation experience with RAG systems and vector databases.

- Hands-on expertise with LangChain for agent and tool development.

- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).

Good to Have :

- Experience with LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and containerization.

- Exposure to enterprise AI use cases such as document intelligence, compliance, or research automation. This role focuses on building intelligent, collaborative AI systems not just prompts, but autonomous thinking architectures
