Job Description :

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer with 8 - 10 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in React.js and modern frontend technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience in building scalable, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js.

- Strong understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, functional components, and frontend performance optimization.

- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API for state management.

- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs / GraphQL.

- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Material UI / Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.

- Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and component optimization.

- Experience writing unit and component tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar tools.

- Technical Ownership & Architecture : Own features/modules end-to-end, drive solution architecture and technical design, and make scalability and performance decisions.

- Technical Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Delivery : Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, solve complex technical/production issues, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

- Good understanding of Git and version-control practices.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality frontend solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and production issues.

- Follow frontend development best practices, coding standards, and maintainable architecture principles.

- Experience working with retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or customer-facing products is preferred.
