We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce development best practices, with a strong background in Service Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

- Implement and configure Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Entitlements.

- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, validation rules, approval processes, and scheduled jobs to support business processes.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), or custom services.

- Optimize and refactor existing code for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and release management activities.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5 - 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.

- Proven experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, deployment strategies, and Governor Limits.

- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and API development.

- Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, Batch Apex, Future methods, Queues, and Platform Events.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) for CI/CD.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory).

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
