P99SOFT PVT LTD is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS, with a strong focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

This role requires a hands-on engineer who can contribute across the full software development lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services to support modern distributed applications.

- Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and best practices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following coding standards and design principles.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver robust solutions.

- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices.

- Leverage AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and GenAI-based coding assistants to improve productivity, code quality, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

- Strong expertise in Java 11/17+, Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Multithreading.

- Extensive experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.

- Proven experience in developing Microservices-based applications.

- Strong experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.

- Experience working with event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.

- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of GenAI-based development tools and productivity platforms

- Exposure to real-time streaming and high-throughput systems

- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or large enterprise environments

- AWS Certifications and/or Java Certifications
