P99Soft - Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives that drive business impact. The ideal candidate will translate complex data into actionable insights, build scalable models, and mentor junior team members while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced statistical and machine learning models

- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities

- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data-driven solutions and success metrics

- Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Build and maintain production-ready data science pipelines and models

- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability

- Mentor and review the work of junior data scientists and analysts

- Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in experimentation and modeling

- Stay current with emerging data science techniques, tools, and industry trends

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or applied machine learning

- Strong proficiency in Python and/or R

- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design

- Experience working with SQL and large-scale databases

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
