We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Flexcube OBPM Specialist with strong technical expertise in Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM) version 14.6 or higher.

The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and supporting OBPM solutions that meet evolving business, operational, and regulatory needs.

This role involves close collaboration with business users, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimized payment workflows across the banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM) workflows, screens, rules, and payment processing logic based on business requirements.

- Implement and support OBPM modules including Payment Initiation, Routing, Clearing, Settlement, Charges, and Compliance checks.

- Develop and maintain integration interfaces with other Flexcube modules (e.g., Core Banking, CASA, Loans, and Limits).

- Work with Web Services (SOAP/REST), file-based interfaces, and APIs to enable seamless data exchange with upstream and downstream systems.

- Troubleshoot OBPM issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions in production and non-production environments.

- Assist in payment system upgrades, patch analysis, environment migration, and regression testing.

- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and interpret requirements, convert them into functional/technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as RTGS, NEFT, SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, or other payment network specifications depending on the region.

- Optimize payment processing performance and ensure high availability and reliability of OBPM services.

- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, integration specifications, and test cases.

- Support audit, risk assessment, and security review activities related to OBPM and payment systems.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Flexcube OBPM (v14.6 or higher).

- Strong understanding of OBPM architecture, payment processing flows, and payment types.

- Proven experience in configuring and customizing payment workflows, payment rules, validations, screens, and user roles.

Good knowledge of OBPM integration frameworks, including :

- SOAP/REST APIs

- File-based interfaces

- MQ/Message queues

- Service orchestration

- Hands-on skills in PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, Java/Java EE (optional but beneficial).

- Experience working with Flexcube Core Banking modules, data models, and integration touchpoints.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities in complex system environments.

- Ability to interpret functional requirements and convert them into scalable technical designs.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business users, testers, and other stakeholders
