Job Description :

- Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

- Support tracking of product metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, and retention.

- Assist in creating dashboards and reports to monitor product performance.

- Work closely with product, growth, and tech teams to gather and analyze product data.

- Support experimentation and A/B testing by tracking and analyzing experiment results.

- Help document product insights, data findings, and performance summaries.

- Assist in identifying product issues and opportunities through data analysis.

- Support product decision-making through structured analysis and reporting.

Required Skillset :

- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical recommendations for leadership.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate insights and influence product decisions across different departments.

- A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in logical reasoning.

- Ability to work effectively from the Gurugram office, engaging with team members in a hybrid or on-site capacity.
