Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team across multiple functions (backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, mobile, and data).
- Define and drive the company's technology strategy in alignment with product and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, and system architecture.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of products with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate vision into technical execution.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and frameworks to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Manage technical budgets, vendor relationships, and infrastructure planning.
- Ensure strong data security, compliance, and system integrity.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in software development, with 2-4 years in a leadership or tech lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development (Node.js, React, Python, Java, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred.
