Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

- Build and optimize backend systems for Search and WMS workflows.

- Develop high-performance APIs using Node.js and Java.

- Work with MongoDB for data modeling, querying, indexing, and optimization.

- Build and enhance search infrastructure, including indexing, ranking, filtering, and query optimization.

- Develop systems supporting inventory, warehouse operations, order processing, and fulfillment workflows.

- Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, reliability, and low latency.

- Integrate backend services with internal and external systems through APIs.

- Identify and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Data, and Operations teams.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisions.

- Contribute to engineering best practices around monitoring, logging, testing, and deployment.
