Role Summary :

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our applications. You will work closely with front-end engineers, product managers, and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs

- Build and optimize databases (SQL, NoSQL) for performance and scalability

- Integrate third-party services and external APIs

- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless data flow and integration

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Ensure system reliability, security, and data protection

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging

- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments

- Stay updated on backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong 3-6 years of experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, Java,Go, or similar

- Proficiency in working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

- Experience in designing RESTful APIs (and optionally GraphQL APIs)

- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience with Git and version control workflows

- Good communication and collaboration skills
