Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Azure AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions with a strong focus on Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building RAG-based systems, integrating Azure AI services, and implementing secure, scalable cloud-native solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Azure AI Foundry

- Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems

- Azure AI Search

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Architecture

- Experience across 3-4 production-grade RAG projects preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build multi-agent AI workflows using Azure Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

- Develop and integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure AI Search.

- Build secure APIs and custom actions using Azure Functions and Azure API Management (APIM).

- Implement enterprise-grade security using Entra ID (Azure AD), Managed Identities, and Key Vault.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, logging, auditing, and security standards using Microsoft Purview, DLP, and monitoring tools.

- Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with architecture, security, and data teams to deliver compliant AI solutions.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with :

- Azure Functions, Azure API Management (APIM)

- Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage

- Expertise in Microsoft Graph APIs and Microsoft 365 integrations.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language :

a. C#, Python, or TypeScript

Solid understanding of :

a. Azure security principles

b. RBAC, Managed Identities, and data governance frameworks

Nice to Have :

- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.

- Exposure to Azure Synapse, data pipelines, or advanced analytics workflows.

- Experience working in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Government, etc.).
