- Act as SME in OTM/TMS processes (order management, shipment planning, freight payment, visibility, carrier selection).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document transportation requirements.

- Translate requirements into functional specifications and configurations.

- Support implementation, UAT, and go-live activities.

- Identify and implement process improvements.

- Work with technical teams on OTM/TMS integrations with ERP/WMS/other systems.

- Provide training and support to business teams.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related field.

- 5+ years functional OTM/TMS experience.

- Strong knowledge of transportation/logistics best practices.

- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional configuration.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle).

- Knowledge of freight payment, carrier management, transportation compliance.

- Familiarity with OTM/TMS analytics & reporting.

- Agile project experience.
