Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle OTM modules and a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into OTM functional and technical designs.

- Lead and participate in OTM implementation projects including planning, testing, training, and deployment.

- Customize and optimize OTM workflows, agents, and reports based on client or business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders including supply chain, logistics, and IT teams to ensure effective transportation execution and visibility.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the OTM system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Perform data migration, integration (with ERP/WMS systems), and validation tasks.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OTM features and Oracle Cloud Transportation capabilities.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (Cloud or On-Premise).

- Experience with OTM modules : Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, Rate Management, Freight Settlement.

- Knowledge of integration tools (Oracle SOA, BPEL, EDI, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs).

- Familiarity with logistics processes: TL, LTL, parcel, ocean, air.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
