Role : UX Designer / Design Strategist

Role Overview :

The UX Designer / Design Strategist supports the design and delivery of user-centered digital solutions aligned to business goals. The role is hands-on, focusing on user research, workflow analysis, interaction design, and prototyping, while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and senior design team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business objectives and user needs to inform design decisions

- Conduct and support UX research activities including interviews, usability testing, and workshops

- Create UX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, task flows, service blueprints, and wireframes

- Design information architecture and interaction models for defined features and workflows

- Develop low- to high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs

- Participate in UAT and usability testing to validate design solutions

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff

- Contribute to design systems and UI standards

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and support sprint planning and reviews

Key Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably on enterprise or digital products

- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and design execution

- Experience with user research methods and usability testing

- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and responsive UI design

- Working knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Miro, JIRA/Confluence
