Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Specialist (2-5 years experience) with mandatory expertise in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing cybersecurity and risk management frameworks tailored to OT. Key responsibilities include applying essential knowledge in network security, cryptography, and authentication systems, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance, and actively pursuing relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM to validate expertise in this specialized domain.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables

OT System Security and Risk Management :

- Leverage 2-5 years of experience with OT, ICS, or SCADA technology to understand unique security challenges, architecture, and protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3).

- Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity and risk management frameworks specifically adapted for the Operational Technology environment, prioritizing system safety and availability.

- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing simulations on OT network components and systems.

Core Security Technologies :

- Apply mandatory Experience in network security principles, including segmentation, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and deep packet inspection tailored for industrial networks.

- Utilize knowledge of cryptography and secure key management practices to protect sensitive OT communication and data integrity.

- Implement and manage robust authentication systems (e.g., multi-factor authentication, strong access controls) for users accessing critical ICS assets.

Compliance and Documentation :

- Ensure OT systems and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).

- Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, incident response plans, and disaster recovery strategies specific to the OT infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 2-5 years of experience with OT, ICS, or SCADA technology, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks.

- Core Security : Experience in network security, cryptography, and authentication systems is essential.

Preferred Skills and Certifications :

- Certifications : Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or certifications specific to OT security (e.g., GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443).

- Practical experience implementing security monitoring solutions (SIEM/SOC) and asset inventory systems tailored for OT environments.

- Deep understanding of the Purdue Model for control system network segmentation.

- Experience with industrial protocols analysis and anomaly detection.
