Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced OSS Service Assurance Architect to lead the design and implementation of service assurance solutions within telecom OSS environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in fault and performance management, probing, and integration of OSS tools like ServiceNow CSM and IBM Netcool.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and develop OSS service assurance architecture covering fault, performance, SLA, and probing domains.

- Design scalable and resilient solutions aligned with telecom standards (TMF, TOGAF).

- Lead integration of OSS tools such as Netcool, ServiceNow, HP TeMIP, EMC Smarts, EXFO, and Gigamon.

- Ensure seamless interoperability with NMS/EMS systems and ticketing platforms.

- Analyze KPIs, alarms, and logs across NSS and BSS layers.

- Implement network analytics and big data solutions using tools like Kafka, NiFi, and Hadoop.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years in OSS architecture with focus on service assurance.

- Hands-on experience with fault/alarm management, performance monitoring, and SLA tools.

- Strong ServiceNow CSM experience (mandatory).

- Good to have : AIOps platforms like IBM Watson AIOps, Nokia Assurance Center.

- Strong understanding of telecom domains : RAN, Core, SDN/NFV, IP/MPLS, DWDM, Ethernet.

- Experience with virtualization (NFV), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and open-source tools.

- Familiarity with OSS/BSS integration and telecom business processes.

- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in ServiceNow, TOGAF, TMF frameworks.

- Experience with Frontier OSS or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in multi-vendor and hybrid environments.
