About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle Subscriptions Management (OSM) Cloud Lead to join our dynamic team. As the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle Subscriptions and Revenue Management, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP solutions focused on Subscription Revenue Management. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Global Delivery Leads, and both onshore and offshore technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Subscriptions and Revenue Management modules within Oracle Cloud ERP production environments.


- Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple units to gather detailed business requirements. Conduct thorough gap analysis, document findings, and map requirements to Oracle Cloud functionalities.


- Work closely with engineering, BRM (Billing and Revenue Management), and technical teams to design effective solutions that meet business needs while adhering to Oracle best practices.


- Perform detailed system configurations and customizations, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.


- Develop comprehensive technical and functional design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts to facilitate development, testing, and training.


- Lead and facilitate requirement workshops, design sessions, conference room pilots (CRP), user acceptance testing (UAT), and training workshops for end-users and project teams.


- Act as a key liaison between business users, global delivery teams, and technical resources, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project milestones.


- Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing deliverables, validating test results, and driving issue resolution during all phases of the project lifecycle.


- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced functionalities to maximize the value of Oracle Cloud ERP subscriptions and revenue management solutions.


- Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.


Required Qualifications :


- Proven experience as an Oracle Subscriptions Management Cloud Lead or similar role, with a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Subscription and Revenue Management modules.


- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with direct involvement in Subscription and Revenue Management projects.


- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.


- Demonstrated expertise in system configuration, solution design, and gap analysis within Oracle Cloud ERP.


- Experience conducting workshops, CRPs, UATs, and training sessions with diverse business and technical stakeholders.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams and business units.


- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and timeliness.


- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to resolve complex issues.


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
