- 3+ years in Frontend development, with hands-on experience in ReactJS.

- Deep understanding of Redux, React Hooks, Context API and other ecosystem tools.

- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme or Cypress.

- Lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers, fostering collaboration and best practices.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
