We are seeking an experienced OSB Lead/Developer to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Service Bus and will be responsible for leading OSB projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of OSB solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OSB applications and integrations.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.

- Document technical processes and maintain records for future reference.

- Stay updated with the latest OSB technologies and trends.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 7-15 years of experience in Oracle Service Bus (OSB) development and implementation.

- Strong knowledge of SOA principles and web services (SOAP and REST).

- Proficiency in Java and XML technologies.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and its components.

- Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

- Understanding of message-oriented middleware and enterprise integration patterns.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
