We are seeking a highly experienced Orbus Admin / Architect with strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and tools to lead the design, governance, and optimization of enterprise-wide architecture practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of TOGAF, hands-on experience with Orbus tools, and a proven track record of enabling business transformation through strategic technology alignment.

Orbus certificate is mandatory. TOGAF certificate is good to have.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and administer Orbus tools (iServer / iServer365) to support architecture modeling, governance, and reporting.

- Partner with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive architecture adoption.

- Ensure compliance with TOGAF standards and methodologies in architecture delivery.

- Provide architecture governance and oversight across portfolios, programs, and projects.

- Mentor and guide junior architects and architecture team members.

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in enterprise architecture.

- Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF certified preferred).

- Proven hands-on experience with Orbus tools administration (iServer / iServer365).

- Orbus certificate is mandatory.

- Deep understanding of business, application, data, and technology architecture domains.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in driving enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and governance processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

- TOGAF Certification (highly preferred).

- Orbus Certification (mandatory).

- Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.

- Exposure to cloud-based architectures and digital transformation strategies.
