About the Role :
- Develop robust systems that integrate traditional eCommerce functionalities with AI-driven enhancements, including virtual assistants, AI-powered recommendation engines, intelligent search optimization, automated workflows, and personalized user experiences.
- Estimate workloads, plan projects, and monitor execution to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
- Build AI-powered capabilities that drive conversational commerce, predictive analytics, dynamic pricing models, and personalized customer journeys.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across Europe and North Africa, collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside Orange Business to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide development teams on industry best practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
- Facilitate technical decision-making and ensure that all deliverables meet rigorous standards for security, performance, and scalability.
- Identify and resolve intricate technical and business challenges by proposing innovative and optimized solutions.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., scrum, sprint planning) and adapt quickly to evolving priorities based on feedback and market needs.
- Oversee software development partners, ensuring the highest quality of software integration and delivery.
About You :
- Extensive experience in building scalable enterprise-grade eCommerce systems, with a background that reflects high-growth product environments.
- Proven expertise in front-end frameworks (Angular) and microfront-end development, coupled with robust back-end skills (Quarkus).
- Demonstrated success in designing and developing RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture; familiarity with industry standards (e.g., TMForum framework) is a plus.
- Proficiency in integrating complex systems, including Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, to create seamless, high-performance solutions.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration practices (GIT, GitLab CI, DevOps) and experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes).
- Extensive knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and orchestration solutions, including experience with Camunda & BPMN.
- Expertise in workflow automation, ensuring efficient end-to-end process management within the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Proven ability to oversee third-party software development partners, ensuring adherence to technical quality and security standards.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning integration into eCommerce
Additional Information Soft Skills :
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in English; additional proficiency in French is a plus.
