Roles And Responsibilities :

- Infrastructure Management : Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure on AWS and GCP (Firebase, RTDB).

- Microservices Management : Support 20+ microservices in a Service-oriented Architecture (SoA).

- Cloud and Application Security : Implement and improve cloud and application security practices to ensure the platform's resilience.

- Networking : Configure and manage networking components such as VPN, NAT, VPC, ensuring secure connectivity between Cloud and branch networks.

- Monitoring & Logging : Leverage tools like New Relic, Graylog, Sentry, and Bugsnag for performance monitoring, logging, and error tracking.

- CI/CD Pipelines : Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer code deployments.

- Mentorship : Provide mentorship to junior DevOps and product engineers on infrastructure design and security best practices.

- Automation : Enhance automation in infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and recovery using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Skills We Are Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.) and exposure to GCP services (Firebase, RTDB).

- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with monitoring and error tracking tools like Datadog, ELK, Elastic APM, New Relic, Graylog, Sentry, and Bugsnag.

- Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPN, NAT, VPC, Route tables) and secure cloud connectivity.

- Expertise in building high availability systems with robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.

- Experience in optimizing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).

- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Golang, and JavaScript (React Native, React JS, Next JS).

- Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, and NoSQL databases like Redis.

- Experience with cloud and application security best practices.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior.
