Oracle WMS Specialist - Support & Implementation

Overall Experience :

- Overall, 8 to 10 Years' experience with 6+ years Consulting, Solutioning, Support & Implementation experience in Cloud WMS application

Expertise :

- Expertise in Oracle E-Business SCM and O2C including Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping

- Experience with post-production support and day-to-day troubleshooting of a production environment

Responsibilities :

- You will be interacting with the customer to understand their system issues to remediate WMS issues

- Working with OIC resources to troubleshoot and remediate integration issues between ERP system (Oracle E-Biz SCM) and Oracle SaaS WMS

- Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement

- Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs

- Effectively consults with customer and company to communicate issues and work towards solutions

- Works effectively with Oracle Support

- Understands Inbound Process - Inbound shipments, checking in load, appointments, receiving options, putaway rules

- Understands Outbound Process - Outbound orders, wave picking, packing, pack with wave, outbound, LTL load management, Cross Docking

- Understanding integration between E-Business Order Management, Order Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement and Oracle Fusion WMS

- Understanding of Facility, item master configurations
