We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebCenter Content Engineer with strong expertise in content management systems and print management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining document lifecycle and print job handling workflows to support enterprise content management needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with Oracle WebCenter Content (UCM, IPM) or Oracle Cloud Content Management platforms to design, develop, and maintain content management solutions

- Integrate and manage print management systems such as OpenText, Ricoh, Lexmark, Xerox, Canon, or similar technologies

- Manage and optimize document lifecycle processes and print job handling workflows

- Develop and configure document capture, workflow automation, and distribution systems

- Administer and troubleshoot Oracle WebLogic Server and related middleware components

- Utilize Java EE, XML, and XSLT for document transformation and customizations

- Implement and manage content repository security, metadata models, and access control mechanisms

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content management and print solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle WebCenter Content (UCM, IPM) or Oracle Cloud Content Management

- Strong knowledge of print management systems like OpenText, Ricoh, Lexmark, Xerox, Canon, etc.

- In-depth understanding of document lifecycle management and print job workflows

- Experience in developing or configuring document capture, workflow, and distribution solutions

- Hands-on experience with WebLogic Server, Java EE, XML, and XSLT

- Familiarity with content repository security, metadata models, and access control

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team environment
