Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Tester with strong functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities CCS, CC&B, and C2M. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and automation for Oracle Utilities implementations, along with strong integration and batch validation expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SIT, UAT, and regression cycles

- Validate functional modules including billing, metering, payments, collections, and integrations

- Perform API testing for REST/SOAP services and validate batch jobs

- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution

- Collaborate with developers and functional SMEs for root cause analysis and retesting

- Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements to test artifacts

- Ensure proper test documentation and reporting

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities products : CCS / CC&B / C2M

- Experience with OUAF framework

- Hands-on experience in functional and integration testing

- Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and test data preparation

- Experience with test automation tools : Selenium, REST Assured, Postman

- Understanding of batch processing and basics of performance testing

- Strong communication, coordination, and defect management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to Australian or US utilities markets

- Knowledge of OCI / OIC deployment and integration nuances

- Experience working in global delivery models
