We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant with a strong background in transportation planning, execution, and visibility solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OTMimplementation, integration with SAP and third-party visibility platforms, and the ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.

Skills Required :

- A university degree or diploma from a recognized institution.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Transportation Management covering all aspects of transport functionality :

Order Management
Transportation Planning & Execution
Freight Bill & Payments
Supply Chain Visibility
Event Management

- Experience in Carrier Onboarding for visibility purposes.

- Basic understanding of global visibility systems such as ILMCT, OTM, Geodis, SAP ECC, Fourkites, Direct Carrier Integration, and TMC.

- Understanding of system integration issues between multiple platforms (TMC, SAP ECC, OTM, ILMCT, Fourkites, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of visibility data providers such as Project44 (P44), Shipeo, and Intrra.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

- Proven ability to lead and deliver IT solutions, capturing and translating business requirements into system design.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Functional Experience :

- 23 full life cycle OTM implementations, with at least one in Agile/DevOps methodology.

- Solid understanding of transportation business processes and OTM solution capabilities.

- Experience in setting up interfaces between OTM, SAP ECC, Project44, and Fourkites.

- Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

- General understanding of transport-related ancillary systems and B2B integrations (e.g., HERE, P44, Fourkites).

- Ability to develop, test, and document end-to-end solutions.

- Support solution activities including testing, verification, and user training.

- Contribute to key user enablement and knowledge transfer.

Technical & Management Responsibilities :

- Manage Data Conversion, Data Migration, and Data Mapping for integration projects.

- Oversee integration methodology and approach, ensuring quality and consistency.

- Design, develop, and unit test integration objects.

- Apply best practices, reusable artefacts, and lessons learned from previous projects.

- Develop mapping specifications for integrations with SAP Middleware (PI/PO).

- Ensure adherence to SCRUM / AGILE delivery methodologies.

- Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end transport solutions.

- Demonstrate strong team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.

- Configure and maintain interfaces between OTM, SAP ECC (via PI/PO), Geodis, Project44, and Fourkites.

- Deliver assigned project work packages within agreed timelines, quality standards, and scope.

- Utilize structured templates and frameworks to define and implement solutions.

- Support transport project solution work packages or change requests in Agile or Waterfall environments.

- Collaborate with external IT partners (Geodis, Fourkites, Inspirage, SAP ECC, P44, Carrier IT Teams) for seamless integration and issue resolution.

- Design and implement global OTM solutions that support transport processes and visibility objectives.

- Engage with DevOps or external teams for solution delivery and post-implementation support.
