Description :
Location : Mumbai, India (who can relocate to Mumbai is also fine)
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle production issues, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Configure OTM modules : Order Management, Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members
Required Skills :
- Hands-on with OTM 6.4.1 & OTM SaaS 25B
- Strong in PL/SQL, XSLT, OTM Automation Agents
- Experience with API integrations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
