We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Specialist with 8+ years of expertise in logistics and transportation management systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and functional background, particularly in migrating OTM from On-Premise to Cloud environments, and provide end-to-end solutions to optimize transportation processes.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields (BE/BTech/BSc/BCA), or a Masters degree (ME/MTech/MSc/MCA) with equivalent industry experience.

- Proven experience in successfully executing OTM On-Prem to Cloud migrations, ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide expert functional and technical guidance to both internal teams and external developers, driving a comprehensive understanding of the OTM solution architecture.

- Lead business consultations to validate solution fit and gap analysis during the implementation phases.

- Design and develop custom reports and stylesheets to meet specific business requirements and improve data visibility.

- Manage carrier onboarding processes, configure portals, and establish robust Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) flows for efficient communication.

- Architect and implement integration designs, mapping OTM with third-party applications and enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency.

- Develop and plan complex OTM scenarios, including multi-stop and multi-leg shipments, consolidation and deconsolidation pooling, and cross-docking strategies.

- Optimize OTM system performance through effective performance tuning, coding agents with PL/SQL, and conducting detailed log analysis.

- Oversee and improve the OTM Mobile user flow, ensuring mobility solutions support operational needs effectively.
