Job Description :

- Leading the design, build and delivery of the Oracle Time and Labor Cloud module

- Experience of delivering at least 3+ end to end OTL implementation projects specially US.

- Work closely with other Cloud modules of HCM track e.g., Core HR, Absence. Implemented OTL for both consumer sets (Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Projects costing) Well versed with all quarterly product updates/ releases as on date.

- Work closely with technical work streams to provide OTL expertise during the design of interfaces, reports etc.

- Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, deployment)

- Ability to demonstrate the knowledge of OTL good practice end-to-end processes

- Ability to create custom Time Entry, Validation rules, Calculation rules and workforce compliance rules

- Respond to all functional and configuration related questions pertaining to Oracle Time and Labor.

- Integrate (functionally) Time and Labor with Clock-in/out devices to bring time entries into Oracle Time and Labor along with time submission rules.

- Experience working in Biometric integrations with standard OTL module using delivered Rest APIs.

- Ability to build custom OTL reports using BIP

- Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels

Relevant Experience : 6+ yrs

Qualification : Any bachelor's degree
