Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions including interfaces, extensions, workflows, and custom reports.

- Provide functional expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle ERP modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle forms, workflows, concurrent programs, and integrations.

- Create functional and technical design documents (MD50, MD70, CV40, etc.

- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.

- Perform data migration and conversion activities using APIs and Oracle tools.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and DBA teams.

- Provide end-user training and support change management initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports

- Good knowledge of BI Publisher, Workflow Builder

- In-depth knowledge of Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound), Conversions, Extensions, Custom

Reports

- Strong understanding of Oracle application tables, architecture, and data flow.

- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Functional or Technical (optional but preferred).

- Experience with tools like OAF, Apex, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

- Exposure to integration with third-party systems or cloud-based tools.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
