About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Oracle Technical Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record of delivering large-scale Oracle solutions and leading technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies, excellent leadership skills, and experience in presales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical teams in the delivery of Oracle-based solutions (with a special focus on Oracle Integration Cloud OIC).

- Own and drive large Oracle-related projects from a technical perspective, ensuring the highest quality of delivery.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and customers in presales activities, identifying key technical solutions and proposals.

- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle-based systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.

- Manage, mentor, and guide a large technical team, ensuring skill development and performance excellence.

- Hire, onboard, and manage large project teams based on project needs.

- Stay current with Oracle's technological developments, assessing their impact on the business.

Requirements :

- 13-20 years of experience in Oracle technologies with a strong focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Proven leadership experience, managing large, complex Oracle projects and teams.

- Expertise in Oracle technical architecture, integrations, and cloud solutions.

- Strong presales experience : ability to articulate complex solutions to customers and drive technical discussions during pre-sales engagements.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle SaaS products.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in hiring, managing, and growing teams for large projects.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle certifications, particularly in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience with Oracles broader suite of products (e.g., ERP, HCM, EPM, etc.).

- Strong understanding of modern cloud technologies and digital transformation.
