We're looking for a skilled Oracle Tagetik Consultant to join our team in Bangalore immediately.

This full-time role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in Tagetik, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation.

Key Responsibilities :

Tagetik Implementation & Configuration :

- Implement and configure Oracle Tagetik solutions for various financial processes.

- Focus on Planning & Budgeting modules, including setting up budgeting cycles, forecasting models, and performance management.

- Configure Financial Consolidation processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Data Management & Integration :

- Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes & Data Integration within Tagetik to ensure seamless data flow from source systems.

- Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.

- Set up and manage Workflow processes within Tagetik to streamline financial operations.

Financial Reporting & Analysis :

- Develop and optimize Financial Reporting solutions to meet business requirements.

- Apply strong understanding of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) concepts, including P&L (Profit & Loss) and Balance Sheet analysis.

Deployment & Client Interaction :

- Work with both Tagetik Cloud and On-Premise environments.

- Maintain excellent Client Communication, gathering requirements, providing solutions, and managing expectations effectively.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- Oracle Tagetik : Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Tagetik.

- Core EPM Modules : Proficiency in Planning & Budgeting and Financial Consolidation.

- Data & Integration : Expertise in ETL & Data Integration, and strong command of SQL.

- Workflow : Experience with Workflow Setup in Tagetik.

- Financial Knowledge : Solid understanding of Financial Reporting, FP&A, P&L, and Balance Sheet concepts.

- Deployment Models : Experience with both Tagetik Cloud / On-Premise deployments.

- Soft Skills : Excellent Client Communication skills.

- Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience.
