Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements & Analysis : Define and document the scope of business requirements for our ERP solutions (Oracle and edge systems). Translate these business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Team Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define functional requirements. Ensure that all requirements align with real business needs and are approved by relevant stakeholders.
- Change Management : Manage requirement changes, including process and system modifications, to ensure all teams work with up-to-date documentation.
- Solution Design & Testing : Collaborate with SMEs and the Digital team (e.g., application development, quality assurance) to review solution designs and test plans. Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) as needed to validate solution designs.
- Process Improvement : Challenge the status quo and introduce best practices for ERP solutions that align with the company's long-term interests.
- Data & Integration : Work with the data migration and integration teams on data migration strategies and end-to-end integrations.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications :
- Professional Experience : At least 5-7 years of professional experience in a solution analysis or similar position, specifically supporting and implementing Oracle Asset Management.
