The Oracle SOA Developer is a specialized integration role requiring 5+ Years of experience with a mandatory strong background in integration development, troubleshooting, and supporting SOA-based solutions.

Located in Bangalore, the ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise with Oracle SOA Suite 12c components to design, develop, and support efficient enterprise integration flows.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SOA Developer (5+ years) with mandatory strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite 12c.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and support of complex integration flows.

Key responsibilities include hands-on utilization of core SOA components (BPEL, Mediator, OSB, Adapters), performing debugging and troubleshooting on production systems, ensuring high performance of services, and adhering to SOA best practices for building scalable and reliable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables:

Integration Development (Oracle SOA Suite 12c):

Demonstrate mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c components, including BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) for process orchestration, Mediator for routing and transformation, and OSB (Oracle Service Bus) for service virtualization.

Design and develop integration flows that efficiently connect disparate enterprise systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and loose coupling.

Utilize and configure various SOA Adapters (e.g., Database Adapter, File/FTP Adapter, JMS Adapter, AQ Adapter) for connecting to external systems.

Implement message transformations using XSLT and XPath within Mediator and BPEL components.

Troubleshooting and Production Support:

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for deployed SOA-based solutions in production and non-production environments.

Use SOA Suite monitoring tools (e.g., Enterprise Manager 12c/13c) for incident resolution, log analysis, and performance optimization of composite applications.

Perform patch updates, migrations, and environment configuration changes related to the Oracle SOA Suite and WebLogic Server.

Design and Standards:

Adhere to SOA best practices, governance standards, and security policies during the entire development lifecycle.

Ensure proper exception handling and fault tolerance are implemented in all integration flows for reliable processing.

Possess a Basic knowledge of Java (a Good to Have) for developing custom Java components (e.g., Custom Adapters, Java Embedding in BPEL) or for advanced debugging.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience: 5+ Years Required.

- Core Technology: Oracle SOA Suite 12c (mandatory hands-on experience).

- Components: Expertise in BPEL, Mediator, and OSB.

- Skills: Strong background in integration development, troubleshooting, and supporting SOA-based solutions.

- Tools: Proficiency in using SOA Adapters and Enterprise Manager for monitoring.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory) :

- Basic knowledge of Java for debugging or extending integration components.

- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration related to SOA deployments.

- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices for SOA composites
