What You'll Be Doing :


As an Oracle SOA Architect, you will be a pivotal leader in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-level Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions. Your key responsibilities will include :

- Architectural Leadership : Lead the architectural design and development of complex, scalable, and secure integration solutions using the Oracle SOA Suite.

- Solution Design : Translate business requirements into robust technical specifications and architectural designs for SOA, focusing on reusability, performance, and maintainability.

- Integration Strategy : Define and implement integration strategies and patterns across diverse systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process orchestration.

- Technical Guidance : Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks within SOA applications and implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, development teams, and other architects to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

- Governance & Standards : Establish and enforce SOA governance, standards, and best practices within the organization.

- Troubleshooting : Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for complex production issues related to Oracle SOA.

What You Must Have :

- 11+ years of extensive experience as an Oracle SOA Architect or a similar senior integration architect role.

- Deep expertise and hands-on experience with the Oracle SOA Suite, including components such as :

1. Oracle Service Bus (OSB)

2. Oracle BPEL Process Manager

3. Oracle Mediator

4. Oracle Business Rules

5. Oracle BAM (Business Activity Monitoring)

6. Oracle Adapters (Database, File, JMS, Web Service, etc.)

- Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise integration solutions.

- Strong understanding of SOA principles, integration patterns, web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, WSDL, and schemas.

- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle SOA Suite components.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to lead, mentor, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
