Key Responsibilities :

- Play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Health applications, ensuring they are high-performance, scalable, and reliable.

- Leverage expertise in backend development, with specific proficiency in Python and automation using Selenium.

- Develop robust backend systems that interface seamlessly using REST APIs or GraphQL.

- Contribute to various stages of the software development lifecycle, from conceptual design to deployment.

- Work with web markup technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3, to support full-stack understanding and collaboration.

- Utilize various test frameworks such as Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, and Puppeteer to ensure code quality and system reliability.

- Manage code effectively using distributed source control systems, including Git.

- Participate actively in an agile environment, specifically following Scrum methodologies.

- Mentor and lead small feature teams, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear communication and coordinated efforts.

- Quickly translate evolving designs and wireframes into functional prototypes and production-ready interfaces.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or related fields.

- 4+ years of experience in backend development.

- Expert-level proficiency in backend development, with strong skills in Python and automation (Selenium).

- Experience in web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.

- Proven experience interfacing with backend systems using REST APIs or GraphQL.

- Experience with various test frameworks including Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, and Puppeteer.

- Experience with distributed source control, including Git.

- Ability to design and implement an intuitive and seamless customer experience.

- Experience with Agile Methodologies, specifically Scrum.

- Experience using ticket tracking systems such as Jira.

- Quick learner with the ability to rapidly pick up new languages and technologies.

- Self-driven, able to work independently on projects even while the design is evolving.

- Strong communication skills, emphasizing cross-team collaboration.

- Ability to deliver basic functionality and iterate on it for continuous improvement.

- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Gradle, NPM, and Yarn.

- Experience with container-based deployment, including Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with large Single Page Applications with complex state management.

- Hands-on experience with a public cloud platform including AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.

- Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications.

- Strong desire to stay on top of new technologies and services.
