Role Overview

As a Software Development Engineer, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of application components for multiple clients. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions meet business needs, deliver high performance, and maintain scalability and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.

- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding them through technical and strategic decisions.

- Drive solution design and problem-solving across multiple teams to address complex business challenges.

- Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities and promote continuous learning and improvement.

- Oversee application maintenance and enhancements to support evolving user and business requirements.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Must-Have Skills :

- Proven expertise in Oracle SCM Transportation Management (OTM).

- In-depth understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices.

- Strong background in application development methodologies and frameworks.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

- Experience with database management, data integration, and related technologies.

Additional Details :

- This is a Pune-based position.

- Candidates must have at least 7.5 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
