Key Responsibilities :


1. Functional Support & Issue Resolution :


- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management (OM).


- Analyze and resolve user tickets related to functional, data, or configuration issues.


- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reconciliations.


- Perform regression and patch testing to validate Oracle Cloud updates and ensure system stability post-deployment.


- Coordinate with technical teams for debugging issues that require development or integration intervention.


Business Engagement & Requirement Analysis :


- Interact directly with business users, process owners, and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and pain points.


- Translate business problems into functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective solutions.


- Document and maintain detailed records of ticket resolutions, business processes, and configuration changes.


System Configuration & Enhancements :


- Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules to meet evolving business needs and process improvements.


- Participate in enhancement projects, change requests, and impact analysis for business process transformations.


- Collaborate with Oracle Support to raise Service Requests (SRs) and track issue resolutions efficiently.


Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement :


- Contribute to the testing and validation of new functionalities, patches, and updates in the Oracle Cloud environment.


- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements or automation opportunities.


- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, audit standards, and data integrity requirements.


Required Skills and Experience :


- 6+ years of functional support experience in Oracle Cloud SCM applications.


Proven expertise in at least two of the following modules :


i. Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing)


ii. Inventory Management


iii. Order Management (OM)


- Hands-on experience in handling incident management, change requests, and system testing.


- Strong understanding of Supply Chain business operations, workflows, and data dependencies.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.


- Strong business communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with global stakeholders
