Role : Oracle Scm Consultant

Experience : 4- 7 years

Location : Mumbai

Compensation : 12 - 20 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

ERP Implementation & Support :

- Lead and execute Oracle EBS SCM implementations including modules such as Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, gather business requirements, and configure system solutions accordingly.

- Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM users.

- Manage and support integrations with e-commerce portals, EDI systems, suppliers, and customers.

- Ensure timely delivery of functional designs, configurations, and testing for SCM projects.

Process Optimization :

- Design and implement solutions to handle high-volume transactions and performance testing.

- Streamline key business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and master data management.

- Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to align business processes with system capabilities.

- Conduct user training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.

- Work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Experience & Functional Expertise :


- 4 to 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules, with at least one full lifecycle implementation.

- Strong functional knowledge of Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement.

- Proven experience in Oracle EBS configuration, testing, and production support.

Technical Skills :


- Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle SCM modules.

- Working knowledge of EDI, integrations, and performance testing.

- Familiarity with Oracle database structure, data flows, and reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher).

Soft Skills :


- Problem-solving, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
