Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle S2P (Source-to-Pay) Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Management processes, combined with the ability to provide end-to-end functional support, manage complex client requirements, and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide functional expertise and support across Oracle S2P modules, including :

- Self Service Procurement (SSP / RSSP)

- Purchasing

- My Receipts (New)

- Supplier Portal

- Receipt Accounting

- Sourcing

- Lead functional workshops with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Configure Oracle Procurement Cloud applications to meet client-specific business needs.

- Manage and support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, ensuring seamless integration with other modules (AP, GL, Inventory).

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues across Oracle S2P modules.

- Collaborate with technical teams for RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) object design and validation.

- Support data migration, UAT, and cutover activities for implementations and enhancements.

- Deliver user training, create functional documentation, and support post-go-live stabilization.

- Stay current on new Oracle SCM Cloud updates and assess their impact on client environments.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and system performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Oracle S2P / Procurement Functional Consultant.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud modules including SSP, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, and Sourcing.

- Experience in Receipt Accounting and integration with Payables and Inventory.

- In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Settle (S2S) business processes.

- Proven track record of end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations and post-production support.

- Ability to design and document functional specifications, test scripts, and process flows.

- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good To Have :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Supplier Qualification Management (SQM).

- Knowledge of Finance and Inventory integration points.

- Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification (preferred).

- Exposure to Agile delivery methodology and tools.
