The Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for the customization, integration, and optimization of the Oracle Engagement Cloud ecosystem. This role requires a deep focus on extending standard platform functionality through complex Groovy Scripting and ensuring seamless connectivity with external productivity tools. You will take full ownership of the data lifecyclefrom architecting advanced Import/Export Management processes to designing high-impact analytics for executive decision-making. As an offshore lead, you must demonstrate the technical maturity to resolve complex architectural bottlenecks independently in a global delivery model.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy complex business logic using Groovy Scripting within Oracle Sales Cloud to automate workflows and enforce sophisticated data validation rules.

- Lead the integration and troubleshooting of the Microsoft Outlook Plugin for Oracle Sales Cloud, ensuring seamless synchronization of contacts, appointments, and tasks.

- Architect and manage end-to-end data migration and synchronization tasks using the Import and Export Management framework, including high-volume data mapping and error handling.

- Develop custom Object Functions, Trigger Scripts, and Global Functions to extend standard objects and create bespoke business processes.

- Design and implement advanced Analytics and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports to provide real-time visibility into sales pipelines and representative performance.

- Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting of performance bottlenecks within the application, particularly those related to script execution times and integration latency.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with Oracles best practices for cloud extensibility.

- Manage the deployment of customizations across different environments (Sandboxes to Production), maintaining rigorous version control and documentation.

- Optimize the user experience by customizing Page Layouts, Dynamic Layouts, and Action buttons through the Application Composer.

- Provide technical guidance on the configuration of Security Profiles, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), and Territory Management within the platform.

Technical Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Sales Cloud / Engagement Cloud.

- Advanced proficiency in Groovy Scripting for extending business logic and creating custom object triggers.

- Proven expertise in the Microsoft Outlook Integration for Oracle Sales Cloud, including side-panel customizations and sync-issue resolution.

- Mastery of the Import and Export Management tool for bulk data handling and system-to-system data transfers.

- Strong experience in Oracle BI (OTBI) and Dashboard creation for sales metrics and performance tracking.

- Technical understanding of REST and SOAP web services for integrating Oracle Sales Cloud with third-party applications.

- Proficiency in the Application Composer toolset for creating custom objects, fields, and relationships.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Sales Cloud / Oracle Engagement Cloud Implementation Specialist certification.

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for broader enterprise-level integrations.

- Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS for advanced UI/UX customizations within the Oracle ecosystem.

- Familiarity with the Oracle Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its application in Sales and Service modules.

- Ability to work independently in a remote-offshore model with minimal oversight.

- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical designs and reporting project status to global leads.
